cm was such a sweetheart yesterday night.. for helping my mom bring over the queen-size bed for my grandparents... and i think my mom felt obliged to intro him to my grandparents.. so she asked him to go and greet people.... cm: (to my grandmother) "aunty", (to my grandpa) "uncle" grandparents: " converses in a whole string of hokkien which i just cant seem to understand" then suddenly my grandpa went... "sara..几时轮到你?（when's your turn?)" [in reference to my cousin's recent wedding on the 3rd of Jan which i will blog about soon.. i hope...] me: "没有那么快啦！我还要读书的"！(not so soon! i still wanna study..) grandpa: "那还要几你年？"(how many more years to go?) me: "多十年啦！" (10yrs la) (totally unexpected) grandapa: "不要放屁啦。。。"(that's bullshit!) LOL. anyhow, cny shopping today after work! starting to stock up the fridge for war already.. thank god for new jp2's 24-hr ntuc supermarket! oh! on an even more random side note, (or more like a self note to myself..) da alison.. if u're reading this.. i found something similar to the long lost tom yum noodle at the jp halal foodcourt! the one that we used to go to with evelyn and sihui after choir practice on saturdays! remind me to bring you go try ok. heh. |

you know.. usually at this point of time, i'd been wanting to move on.. and go try something new.. however this time.. i wish everything can just stay this way. i like this "routine" of mine.. it's a good one. and i'm really gonna miss it, once it's all over. |
