my birthday dinner. saturday. 1st april 2006. had it at Kuali (Suntec Convention) in the end with hsien, fangyi and ernest. 4 good friends having a good time together. to me, it's pretty memorable though it was a very plain thing. really regretted not having more pictures of the day.. went for kbox@marina square in the morning with fangyi first, hsien joined in like half an hour before we were about to leave. realised that my singing was like super duper sucky? oh well. i'm gonna learn and brush up so i have more to sing with fangyi next time! it was uber fun! marina's kbox is like super pretty and the rooms were quite big. the only sucky thing was that they only had 3-hr slots.. i bought like my skirt and glitter eyeliner on saturday too.. so after kbox fangyi called ernest down and he camE!! we then proceeded to Kuali where all of us literally pigged out. Ernest loved the salads as he liked the croutons and bacon bits... he wouldn;t dare ask for them alone so he had to keep eating full size salad portions.. Hsien loved the mussels and oysters. all those raw disgusting stuff that i'll never ever learn to like. oh. and those cakes. fangyi and i adored this pineapple pie like thingy it was super nice! so the 4 of us sat there..talking as we ate. they had crepes ice cream and stuff..quite cool. so ya. we were like eating and drinking iced water and laughing away till they had to come and ask us to settle the bill as they were closing the cashier. it was the first time i ever had this "being chased" out of the restaurant feeling. heh. all of us got pretty high on iced water. found it really amusing. i love my friends.. thanks to those who wished me a happy birthday too. appreciate loads. =) err. picture posting a lil problem. go to hsien's or fy's blog to look at the pathetic few pictures.. *sad* oh well. i'm fucking bored. waiting for my application webbie to load fully. it has been an hour alreAdy!! grr!!!! |
